Parisi House on the Hill provides comprehensive drug and alcohol treatment services for pregnant women and mothers in a peaceful setting. We are one of only a few residential treatment centers in the Bay Area that allows women to stay with their children age 5 and younger. Moms and their kids can stay with us for up to six months depending on their individual needs, and we don’t charge them for our services.

To make a referral, you must first contact Gateway at 408-808-6104.

For questions about our services, contact Program Director Jeff Geiger at 831-331-5824 or jgeiger@parisihoth.org.

Our substance abuse treatment model provides a holistic, family-centered approach to care. Parisi House not only helps mothers overcome drug and alcohol addiction, we also address the physical, mental, developmental and educational needs of their children. Our staff are trained to recognize Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) so we can easily identify babies who need special care.

We are contracted with Santa Clara County’s Substance Use Treatment Services Department and all of our clinical staff members are certified alcohol and other drug counselors and/or licensed clinicians. They know how hard it is to overcome addiction, and understand the challenges faced in early recovery, including cognitive impairment and trauma. Parisi House staff come from diverse backgrounds and are able to provide culturally competent services to the multiethnic community we serve.
