Pat joined Parisi House in 2016 with more than 20 years experience as a nonprofit leader. She has a proven track record of success in strengthening organizations and increasing their impact. With a background in early education and personal experience with addiction in her own family, she understands how substance abuse can impact families and how hard it is to break the cycle of addiction. Before coming to Parisi House, Pat was the Executive Director of Silicon Valley FACES in San Jose, which works to eliminate bias, bigotry and violence in our community. Jeff had extensive experience managing substance abuse programs when he joined Parisi House in 2019. He was the Director of Outpatient Services at the Camp Recovery Center in Campbell as well as Operations Manager and Adolescent Program Director at the Camp Recovery Center in Scotts Valley before coming to Parisi House. In between those leadership roles, he served as Clinical Director at Support Systems Homes in San Jose.
