Why It Works

Enhancing inter-generational skills building for families in early recovery, Parisi House has a Recovery Rate of 65 percent. We provide a safe and nurturing home for children and their mothers as they learn self-worth, self-reliance, and begin their healing.
Celebrating Families!TM curriculum is highly interactive, fully scripted, including role plays, handouts and stories. It incorporates addiction recovery concepts with healthy family-living skills, specifically targeting children of alcoholics/addicts and parents in early recovery.

I just picked up my cap and gown because I will be graduating from Evergreen Valley College this month. I started this degree 11 years ago and now that I am sober I was finally able to finish. I broke down crying because I couldn’t believe that this addict was finally able to finish something. I will be transferring to San Jose State in the fall and I wouldn’t been able to do any of this without House on the Hill. Thank You! -Parisi House Graduate
